Dear Thev, We have lost you. We have lost an incredibly fine human being. I had the privilege of working alongside you for over 15 years in our shared charity work. Your dedication made it possible for two organisations to come together and work collaboratively to uplift some of the most disadvantaged communities. Through your sheer hard work and quiet determination, so many projects were brought to life and continue to run successfully. Your kindness, humility, and calm nature made even the most challenging tasks feel achievable. Not only has the Engineers Charity Fund lost a committed and compassionate leader, but the Sivan Arul Foundation has also lost a great supporter and dear friend. Thank you for all that you have done for humanity. Your legacy will live on through the lives you touched and the communities you helped transform.
