The late was my first humble and broad minded boss. I was blessed to work under him at the Mullaitivu kacheri, planning division. Always with pleasant smile and filled with business ideas. Very simple and quiet person loaded with ideas. My heartfelt condolences to his family. We lost a beautiful RIP
