Dear Grandma, I often find myself thinking about you, especially as I reflect on my childhood. Your love and care for us have always stayed with me, and I remember them so fondly. I recall when I was little and used to avoid eating chicken meat, only ever having the gravy. You patiently made me try the chicken flesh, and through your encouragement, you taught me to appreciate the taste of it. That moment, like so many others, is etched in my memory.
