Our Dearest Loving Iyah, I want to say a few words about our dearest Sangeetha Poosanam Velautham Iyah. Velautham Iyah has served as our Centre President (2017 – 2018), Bajan Coordinator (many years), active member, and lead singer (I really mean it) for the past 28 years. His Sangeetha Gnanam and his sweet voice have been recognized and praised by many Sangeetha Vithwans. They have been the unique identity and assets to our Centre. We were highly blessed to have you as our President and Bajan Coordinator. Your shantham and your smile are added jewels to your golden personality. I never seen you speak ill of others. As a Gnani, good or bad, you maintained your silence. Our sincere gratitude are due to you from the bottom of our hearts to be an active member of our Sai Centre for the past 28 years. Regardless of how severe the weather was, snow storm or freezing rain, you and aunty never missed a bajan. Without your Ganesh bajan, we never had any special events in our Centre or at devotees' home bajans. Even at your last phase of your life cycle, you tried your best to come to our Centre. We will not forget your sacifices. You are our pride, you are our wealth, you are our lead singer. No one can substitute that place. You know our feelings. We cannot describe our grief in couple of words! You are in our heart and will always be! We will love you forever! Iyah, May your soul rest in peace at Swami’s lotus feet.
