We lost a clever and generous human who work hard for the sick patients and needy people of Jaffna during the war time 20 years ago . He helped me and patients to travel to Colombo by ICRC ship in many ways. His memorable work brings tears in my eyes. May his soul Rest In Peace. My sincere condolences to his family.
