Sitha Iya was a becon of light amoung the Tamil community and he was a champion of community activities. He participated and contributed in most of the Tamil commuity activites in UK. You will find his present in all Tamil community functions and represented the Tamil community in non Tamil fora. He supported TGTE activities as deputy election commissioner and election commissioner for TGTE and contributed for the growth of TGTE in UK. We as a Tamil community has lost a true community champion and representative. Let us pray for his soul to RIP. As a community activist I know iya form 1995. I will miss his advice and guidance. I send my condolunces to his wife and the family. Let all celebrate the life which is fullfilling and meaning full life which all others should apaire as an example before departing from earth.
