Appa & Uncle, both solicitors, crossed their paths in Colombo. I got to know Uncle in England, and remember with fondness how he networked with ease during functions, and captured the memories with his photography, which he would happily share afterwards. I know Uncle, a principled & thoughtful man, to provide prudent counsel. My family was grateful when Uncle conducted with compassion and dignity Appa’s funeral service in a manner that was both personal and deeply caring. His passing was a shock, and a loss to us and to the wider community he served with such dedication. May his soul rest in peace 🙏
