Mr Balabaskaran led a simple life based on our traditions and values, He was very helpful to many people as I saw his guidance to the new Tamil arrivals in Zambia. I admired his commitments to Thunnalai and Hartley College. He always cherished his family and friends. I share the grief with his family at this time.
