Dear Vikna’s family, please accept my deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences. Vikna, Appar and myself left Ceylon for good on 7/7/1971 to settle down in the UK. I lived for a brief period in a shared house with Vikna in Cardiff. I left UK for good in 1978 and with that, regrettably I lost all contact with him. However, some time back I received news about him from my cousin Sathiam Selvakone. I always found him to be a friendly, cheerful and helpful person. Vikna will be loved and remembered forever.
