is one of the Grade 1 governement officer who held high position and sought pride to Analaitivu; those who are acquitted with him know his special qualities. While he and his wife Kugaledchumy acca were stay in Jaffna , in seventies ,we used to meet mostly daily and discussed about the necessary plans for the development of Analaitivu.
