Master was my class teacher and also taught Maths in year 7 and 8 at Colombo Hindu College Ratmalana. Always approachable, with a smiling face, he is an excellent Maths teacher and an able administrator. He was selected as the Principal to run the Bambalapitiya Hindu College (Primary School of Ratmalana) when it was converted to a High School on its own. The credit goes to him in bringing the Bambalapitiya School to the current level as one of the highly sought after schools in Colombo and Sri Lanka due to his initial hard work. Remained in touch with him until I left Sri Lanka in late 1970's. Sir, You have done tremendous service to the Tamil Community and its education. Thank You. May you Rest in Peace at the Almighty's feet.
