I am very saddened to know of the passing of Sivathasan master. He was my teacher at Colombo Hindu College, Ratmalana. I used to admire his smart pace of walking with upright posture and the confident look straight into the eyes of anyone whom he saw and spoke with - all of this instilled in us, students, discipline and respect to him. Master was very clear in his expressions, when teaching us and all what he taught are still with me. I had visited him twice when I was in Sri Lanka and could not but be amazed at his loving nature and smartness even in his advanced age. Sir, I am grateful to you for all what you have instilled in me, and with heavy heart, pray that you rest in love and peace with Sivam.
