I was very much shocked to hear the departure news from my good friend Mr. S. Arjun. bearing the shock, I have also shared the information with other people whom Late Dr. Punniaseelen associated with. Eng Punniaseelen was known to me for a long period of time while I worked in WFP, he served through Department of Agrarian Development. He was a very kindhearted person who really served to the population with sincerely with dedication. He became more closed while serving with World Food Programme. His departure not only great lost to the beloved family but to the people of the nation. May almighty accept him and bless him in rest in peace.
