Mr. Sri Rajalingam was born in Balangoda, Sri Lanka, on April 8, 1937 and attended Royal College, Colombo. He lived in Colombo and passed away peacefully on January 15, 2026.
He was the eldest son of late Mr. Sockalingam and late Mrs. Rajeshwari (Polly), beloved husband of Mrs. Balasaraswathy (Sarasa - Sri Lanka), loving father of Prahalathan (USA) and ManoRamya (Australia), Proud grandfather of Madhuraa Shruthie (Australia), Shuwethaa Madhuri (Australia), Achalah Maithrie (Australia), Tanya Kieran (USA) and Sachin Ethan (USA), and the father in law of Nirul Prakash (Australia) and Chandrika (USA).
He was the brother of late Mr. Gnanalingam (Norway), late Mr. Raghulingam (Sri Lanka), Mr. Skanthalingam (Australia), and Mrs. Agilandeswari (UK).
He was the brother in law of late Mary (Sri Lanka), Lorain (Australia), late Gnanasivapragasam (Sri Lanka), late Jeyachandran (UK), and late Balachandran (Sri Lanka).
