Sobhana - when you were born to begin your mortal journey, you were filled with love, enthusiasm, a heart filled with immense generosity, and eternal optimism. You fulfilled all your obligations towards your parents, your family, and all who came to know you. For us cousins of the Nataraja clan, you were the star attraction who kept us entertained during our childhood bringing laughter to all those around you. We were very closely knit extended family, and your demise has affected all of us so profoundly. When I visited you in late November I knew you were in a really bad place with an ever-consuming illness that will slowly but steadily overwhelm you. But your optimism and enthusiasm to live your life in full did not diminish. I salute you for your eternal optimism. You never doubted the doctors who cared for you, and looked forward to a new day. We will miss you more than you may ever know and our prayers are for the celestial powers to provide strength to Murali and your daughters. Sadly, missed and fondly remembered.
