It was such a shock for us to hear of Dr Rajasundaram's sudden passing. We knew him through his passion for Saivism, his dedicated work for the London Sivan Kovil and for the many hospital charities he supported. Whenever our temple needed help from the London Sivan Kovil, he was always there to give his support. Over the years, we enjoyed many in-depth conversations with him. Our conversations would range from practical to philosophical to spiritual, and his contributions would always be measured and thoughtful, with an innate understanding of the issues at hand. We will miss his gentle voice and his gentle smile, but the good that he did will live long in all our memories. His passing is not only a great loss to his family, but also to the Community, for the support and inspiration he gave to us all. May his soul reach the Feet of Lord Shiva and may the Lord bring comfort to Jaya, Vignesh, Skanda and the rest of his family that he has left behind.
