It is with a heavy heart that I share the sad news of the passing of our beloved father Mr. Sangarapillai Kumarasamy, aged 104 years. Born on 16th May 1920 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, he lived a remarkable life across Colombo, Manipay, Urumpirai, and Toronto, Canada. He left us on 8th March 2025, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love and kindness.

Mr. Kumarasamy was the son of late Sangarapillai and Thangama, 

The loving husband of late Mrs. Ponmalar (Malar Teacher) from Urumpirai Hindu College and Ramanathan College.

He was a devoted father to Deepa and Harry,

A caring father-in-law to Ravivarma and Mathialaki.

He was the loving grandfather of Lakshana Lakshman, Venket, Priya, late Krishna and Meera.

He was the Great grandfather of Anaya.

Grandfather-in-law of Shayan.

He was the brother of late Rajasooriyar, late Pathmawathy, late Bagawathy, late Puwaneswary, and late Kamalambal.

He also had a close bond with his brothers-in-law late Ratnasabapathy, late Sinnarajah, late Wijeyasundram, late Ganeshan,

His sister-in-law, the late Thangaratnam.

ரவிவர்மா, மதியழகி ஆகியோரின் அன்பு மாமனாரும்,

காலஞ்சென்றவர்களான ராஜசூரியர், பத்மாவதி, பகவதி, புவனேஸ்வரி, கமலாம்பாள் ஆகியோரின் அன்புச் சகோதரரும்,

காலஞ்சென்றவர்களான ரத்னசபாபதி, சின்னராஜா, விஜயசுந்தரம், கணேசன், தங்கரத்தினம் ஆகியோரின் அன்பு மைத்துனரும்,

லக்‌ஷனா-ஷயன், வெங்கட், லக்‌ஷ்மன், பிரியா, காலஞ்சென்ற கிருஷ்ணா, மீரா ஆகியோரின் அன்புப் பேரனும்,

அனயா அவர்களின் அன்புப் பூட்டியும் ஆவார்.
