Mrs Rose Winefred Mercy Alfred, who was born in Kayts, Sri Lanka, and lived in Colombo and Ilford, UK, has passed away peacefully on 27th April 2026.

She was the beloved daughter of late Pascal and Germaine Manuelthamby.

Devoted wife of late John Alfred Singarayer.

Loving daughter-in-law of late Francis and Upakaramuthu.

Loving sister of late Agnes and Mary.

Loving sister-in-law of late Olice.

Loving mother of late Antony (Selvan), Sylvester (Sathish), Felecian(Dileep), Virginia and Anne.

Loving mother-in-law of Jeeva, Sharmila, Sujeeva, late Juventinus and Kannathasan(Thasan).
