Little did I know that when you phoned to wish me for my birthday less than a fortnight ago as you have done faithfully over the 40 years I knew you that it would be our last conversation in this world. I remember meeting you for the first time when you were courting Shanti. Handsome, debonair, vibrant and generous to a fault. A genuinely nice person with a love for cars which was only second to your love for Shanti, Savithri and Gajan. Qualities you continued to display right through everything life threw at you. We will miss you and we deeply mourn along with your family and friends, your passing. Till we meet again.
