A big loss to the Urumpirai Community as a Whole! Terribly saddened by the passing of Urumpirai's own son Paul. He was always there for the Urumpirayans. From the beginning of the second generation immigration forty years ago to England by the Tamil Community, he was the pillar to them at that time. Long time Councillor and the Community worker as such maintains " Honesty and Integrity" throughout his life. Glad that Urumpirayans in Canada honoured him many times with full heart. His Loving mother was a longtime Teacher of the Urumpirai Hindu College and his great aunt was a Vice Principal at the famous Colombo Ladies. Colombo Ladies college which produced the first Female Engineer in the Country. Paul's Father was a senior officer at the Ceylon electricity board. Almost all of his brothers are either Engineers or Charted Accountants. I am confident with the blessings of the Lord Ganesha and the Lord Jesus he is already with them. May his soul rest in peace!!!
