I came to know you as my mami’s sister, but quickly you and yoganam uncle became my teachers. I still cherish the amazing sweet tea you gave me everyday after school. No matter how tired and stressed I was, I could always count on you and your tea to cheer me up before my tuition. Even though you had just come home from working as a teacher, you never ignored me and spent time to give me energy before lessons. Whenever something good happened in my life, like passing my O level results, you were always happy for my success and would come bearing fruits to celebrate. You always gave me encouragement to strive for the best. Thank you for always being there for me in my younger years. I was happy that during my last visit I was able to have your amazing tea one last time. A tea that no one I know has ever been able to replicate. Thank you Aunty for all the love and memories.
