To my GP and my dear friend, I want to say that you were the best GP that I ever had, so much so that even though I lived far away from him I kept him as my GP for well over 20 years. He was very caring and I felt that I could talk to him about anything and everything, a true doctor. This came as a huge shock to me since I had not heard about his passing, I only found out through my cousin, and as a result I was not able to go to his viewing or funeral and I am truly saddened that I wasn't able to pay my respects.
