First we met in 1963 when both of us joined Telecommunication Department, Sri Lanka for employment. I left the country in 1978 for after which we met again there in Eighties and shared many common interests on which we worked together. These memories and scarifies you made will never fade from my heart. Subsequently you moved to and me to Canada. Now you have departed from all of us permanently. This is the short history of our this life's human life has many chapters. So, Bala I shall meet you again at some other time at some other place which I firmly believe April 28 2020
