Mr. Velauthapillai, Former Deputy Survey General, The humanity lost a gem of a person. He is a very helpful and loving gentleman. He is very generous and good going with any type of people. For Surveyors he is a safe superior officer and they are safe under his supervision. Everybody like to work with him. No one will say any bad about him. It is very encouraging and happy to work or move with him. I had this opportunity and God's blessing to work with him and continue to be a family friend and enjoy his soft and kind approach on me always. His painless demise shows us how a good and wonderful soul he is. May his soul rest in peace and merge with almighty. His family lost this wonderful gentleman, but they should accept and appreciate his painless demise which only few humans like "Yogis" blessed with. Please accept my condolences.
