I have known uncle Mauelpillai when my mother, Mrs. Ratnam Vishnu, was living near Markham & Steeles Ave. Along with his wife he used to walk to my mother's place for a chat. I fondly remember him as a very friendly and kind person. Uncle has left us on the same day my mother left us. My condolences to Uncle's family.
