It is with deep sorrow that I extend my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Mrs. Kumuthini Shanmugaratnam, a truly remarkable woman whose presence touched many lives. Kumuthini was someone who deeply valued and respected relationships. The love and kindness she showed to her family and to me was truly admirable. On behalf of my family and the residence of Markham-Thornhill, our deepest condolences to her family, siblings, and loved ones. May her soul rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are always with you.
