Vickna was a gem of a kind hearted, intelligent, enthusiastic brave gentleman. I met him first at the Tamils Rehabilitation Organization (TRO)office in Colombo when I came from the UK to volunteer during Tsunami in 2004. He later helped me to clear a large mobile medical unit which was donated by the Dundee people in Scotland to the Tsunami affected people and he cleared from the Colombo harbour without any expense or bribe and transported to Killinochchi. He was later invited by the donors to Dundee and his courageous work was greatly appreciated. May his kind soul reach Morksha.
