Dayanithi Selvanayagam was born in Jaffna and lived in Colombo and passed away peacefully on 17th December 2018 in Colombo.
She was the Eldest Daughter of Late Mervyn Seenithamby Ponniah and Late Meenachi Ponniah.
Beloved wife of the Late Somasunderam Selvanayagam(Professor).
Loving mother of Dr. Selvanayagam Niranjan, Late Selvanayagam Nirmalan, Dr. Selvanayagam Nirthanan and Selvanayagam Niruthika.
Sister of the Late Ponniah Thayaparan, Late Ponniah Thayanesan and Mrs. Thayarathy Seevaratnam.
Mother-in-law of Dr. Jasotha Sanmugarajah and Dr. Padmini Subramaniam.
Loving Grandmother of Navin, Nitin and Nitara.
