Rasan, I still remember attending your wedding all those years ago at Collingwood Place, Colombo. It seems only like yesterday. You had hardly changed over the years, always wearing that warm, familiar smile. We reconnected when I moved to England in 1976, and from then on you were a dear friend to me, as you were to so many of your nephews and nieces. Our recent visit to the pub in Harefield in June 2025, when you and Siva Acca stayed with us, was truly memorable and will remain close to our hearts.
