Mrs. Chandradevi Jegatheeswaran, originally from Inuvil, Jaffna, and a resident of Neuss, Germany and Markham, Canada, passed away on Saturday, 30 May 2026.

She was the beloved daughter of the late Thambiaiyah Ratnam and spouse, and the beloved daughter-in-law of the late Ratnam and Saraswathy.

She was the loving wife of Mr. Jegatheeswaran.

She was the cherished mother of Dr. Gaayathiri, Dr. Geerthana, and Dr. Gajan, and the beloved mother-in-law of Susanth and Prachi.

She was the loving sister of the late Thavamany, Indiradevi, Ganeshwari, Vaikunthavasan, Arumugadas, Sarojinidevi, Chandrabose, and the late Ravichandran.

She was the dear sister-in-law of the late Jeyarajah, Navaratnarajah, Lingeswaran, Vijayalakshmi, Bhavani, Chandrakanthan, and Vijayashakthi, as well as the beloved sister-in-law of the late Jegatheeswary, the late Parameswaran, and Thangamalar.

She was the loving aunt of Cheyanne Thurga Ratnam and Karthika Vijayarupan, and grandmother of Aaron Keshath Pathmasri, and Brian Rishikesh Padthmashri.
