SmetStptpouennmahtsbtecform e1 airetue el10idfdm:g18dS PaM · It gives immense pain to think of our friend Muralee’s mother, Mrs. Buvaneswary Thuraisamy passing away at home in Colombo early this morning, with her son Muralee by her side. Sympathies and condolences are in order to all of them, but particularly to Muralee who has been at his mother’s side continuously over the past quarter century or so. Apart from everyday life in Colombo, the most loved aspect of Amma is her traveling all across Sri Lanka with Muralee. Since Amma returned to reside in Sri Lanka from overseas, Muralee spent extensive periods of time with Amma sightseeing, in ancestral North, and pilgrimaging to temples in the North, South, East, and West of Sri Lanka. She looked forward to traveling to the Murugan abodes at Nallur in the North and Kathirgamam in the South. Muralee, the holder of generationally passed traditions and commerce, set sail in an environment of piety, which can be felt by anyone who interacts with him. As his Amma reaches the lotus feet of the divine, wishes are in abundance to Muralee to stay strong in withstanding this unbearable loss. 🙏🏽
