Dear Annamalai Family, we are so saddened to hear of Kamala Aunty’s passing. I fondly remember seeing her and Uncle on my first ever visit to Sri Lanka when she extended her warmth to my wife and I. She spent time asking thoughtful questions and was genuinely interested in what we had to say. She told us lovely stories of some of the family when they were younger which made me smile. The amazing selection of food she made was a sight to remember too! In this world, there are not many people with her level of kindness and thoughtfulness. I know that her legacy will live on in her children and grandchildren who are all very successful and that will have made her so proud. May her soul rest in eternal peace
